Terms of Use

Effective date: 20 October 2026 · Applies to the EDZO mobile app (Android and iOS)

These terms apply when you use the EDZO mobile app ("the app"). The app is published by Ashwin Varghese Mathew ("we", "us"). It is listed as Immerse Digital Solutions on Google Play and Ashwin Mathew on the Apple App Store. By signing in you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Who can use the app

EDZO is provided to schools and colleges ("your school"). You can use the app only with an account your school has given you, as a student, parent or guardian, teacher, staff member or school administrator. If you are under 18, your parent or guardian should read these terms with you. Your school is responsible for obtaining any consent needed for your account.

2. Your account

  • Keep your username, password and MPIN secret. Do not share your account.
  • Tell your school office straight away if you think someone else has used your account. You can also write to [email protected].
  • Your school can change, suspend or close your account, for example when you leave the school.

3. Using the app properly

Do not:

  • access data you are not authorised to see, or try to get around roles, permissions or security
  • upload anything unlawful, abusive, misleading or that infringes someone else's rights
  • use the app to harass, threaten or bully anyone
  • copy, reverse engineer, overload or disrupt the app or its servers, or use bots or scrapers
  • use the app for any purpose other than your school's activities

4. School information

Information such as attendance, marks, timetables, notices and fees comes from your school. Your school is responsible for its accuracy. If something looks wrong, contact your school office.

5. Content you add

You keep ownership of what you write or upload (for example homework answers, notes, leave reasons or documents). You allow us and your school to store and show that content to the people who need it to run your school's activities.

6. Payments

The app does not take payments and does not sell anything. Fee information is shown for reference only. Pay fees directly to your school using the methods it offers.

7. Our rights

The app, its design, mascots, logos and software belong to us or our licensors. These terms give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the app for your school's activities. They do not give you any other rights.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the app available and secure. However, it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control. We may change or remove features. Some features depend on what your school has enabled.

9. Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by information your school entered, by your misuse of the app, or by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using the app at any time and can ask for your account to be deleted (see Delete your account). We or your school may suspend access if these terms are broken or to protect other users.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under the law of your place of residence.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the effective date above. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
